Cancel articles that are in the process of being published
1. Article cancellation is applied by the Editor-in-Chief to articles that are in the process of being published but are found to have: (i) Serious errors that change the conclusion of the article; (ii) Inadvertently submitted with another article that has already been published; (iii) The author has violated the ethics of research and publication of scientific works such as submitting articles to many journals at the same time, falsifying the copyright statement, plagiarism, falsifying data, and similar cases;
2. If article cancellation is applied to an article that is in the process of publication and has been published on the Journal's website, the entire content of that article in HTML or/and PDF format will be deleted. , and replaced by an HTML page or/and PDF with the note “Canceled article: [Article title]”.
Retraction of published article
1. Retraction of published articles is applied to correct errors during the submission and publication process due to the author and/or co-authors violating the ethics of research and publication of scientific works such as submission of articles to multiple journals at the same time, falsification of authorship declarations, plagiarism, fabrication of data, and the like;
2. Retraction of published articles is made at the request of: (i) Author and/or co-author of the article; or (ii) Editor-in-Chief at the request of members of the scientific community. If a retraction policy is applied to a published article, the following measures will be implemented:
a) For the print version of the Journal: A note titled “Retracted article: [Article title]” will be published in the next issue of the Journal, and listed in the table of contents of that publication;
b) For the online version of the Journal: The note “Retracted article: [Article title]” along with a link to the original version of the article (PDF format) will be displayed on the website of the Journal. Magazine. The content of the original article (PDF version) will not be changed, but there will be a watermark written on each page stating “The article has been retracted”. The HTML format version of the original article (if any) will be withdrawn from the Journal's website.
Remove published articles
The removal of published articles is applied by the Editor-in-Chief in special cases, when: (i) The article clearly violates legal regulations; or (ii) the Article needs to be removed by request of a court or other law enforcement agency;
If the removal of a published article is applied, information about the article including title, author name, and work unit will still be retained on the Journal's website, but the entire content of the article will be retained. The article will be replaced by a note saying “This article has been removed for legal reasons.” The editor-in-chief decides the content of the detailed explanation for the reason for removing the article.
Replace published article
Replacing a published article is applied by the Editor-in-Chief when the article poses a risk of leading to serious human health risks if readers follow the article's content;
Replacement of published articles is made at the request of the authors of the original article and with the consent of the Editor-in-Chief. The authors of the original article must make a written request clearly stating their wish to withdraw the erroneous original article, and replace it with a new, edited and supplemented version;
Edited and supplemented articles must go through a review process;
If article substitution is applied to a published article, the following measures will be implemented:
a) For the print version of the Journal: A note titled “Article retracted: [Original article title], and replaced by the following article: [Alternative article title]” , along with the full text of the new replaced article will be published in the issue closest to the time the article replacement policy is applied, and listed in the table of contents of that publication;
b) For the online version of the Journal: A note “Retracted article: [Original article title], and replaced by the following article: [Alternative article title]”, along with with a link to an edited, supplemented version of the article (PDF format) that will be displayed on the Journal's website. The first page of the replaced article will clearly state the history of the article, including information about the date of receipt, the date of acceptance for publication of the original article and the replacement article, and an explanation of why the article was removed. replace;
c) The PDF version and HTML format version (if any) of the original article will be withdrawn from the Journal's website.
