Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the rate of bradycardia and hypotension in patients with percutanious coronary intervention, and the related factors of bradycardia and hypotension.
Method: The cross sectional study of 50 pantients was undergone percutanious coronary intervention from 8/2019 to 12/2019.
Result: A rate of bradycardia and hypotension was 13/50 account for 26% which occurred in T3 (after sheat was inserted) 2(15.38%), T4 (after balloon was inflated) 6 (46.15%), T5 (after stent was stayed in the artery) 3(23.07%), T6 (after sheat was withdrawn) 1 (7.69%), T7 ( post intervention room) 1 (7.69%).
Conclusion: The proportion of bradycardia and hypotension accounted for 26%, RCA intervention, ejection fraction less than 50%, pain level above 5 and anxiety and depression scale above 10 were independence risk factors.
