Abstract
Tuberculosis usually results from Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Central nervous system tuberculosis (including meningitis, encephalitis, abscess, tuberculoma, cerebral miliary tuberculosis, vasculopathy) estimated 1% of all cases of tuberculosis. Cerebral tuberculoma, a rare form of TB, accounts for approximately 1% of these patients.
Tuberculomas often present with symptoms and signs of focal neurological deficit without evidence of systemic disease. The radiologic features are also nonspecific and differential diagnosis includes malignant lesions, sarcoidosis, pyogenic abscess, toxoplasmosis and cysticercosis.
We present a case of cerebral tuberculoma that had poor sign on clinic and tumor feature on MRI.
