Abstract

Research 147 burn patients hospitalized in the Department of Burns-Hue Central Hospital. The main cause due to thermal bums accounted for 86.7% is wet, the most common injury is spenton. In which children from 1-5 years 37%. Patients treated by Biafine mainly (91.1%) combined with diluted Betadine (96.5%). The average duration of treatment with light bum is 7.84 days, with deep burns of 10% is 24.99 days and deep bums over 10% is 83.43 days. Overall average is 13.53 days. Results of treatment of patients with healed 92.5%, 7.5% are restricting themselves to the burning of these cases the patient from the hospital and no deaths in this study. With the process of bum wound care in the right place, to ensuresterility patients will bring a huge effect on health, economy, ease the burden for the family and society
