Abstract

Background: Comprehensive care is the monitoring, care and treatment of doctor and nurse to meet the basic needs of the patient both physically and mentally during treatment. When was injured by the patient both physically and mentally and relatives besides the patient should worry about all aspects of the nursing faculty in contacting with the patient and the patient was calm, Objective: Assessing the effectiveness comprehensive care patients after surgical of bone forearm fracture at trauma-orthopedic department, Hue Central Hospital. Subjects and Methods: 36 patients received treatment in orthopedic surgery at trauma- orthopedic department, Hue Central Hospital. Results: Almost all patients hadn't occured postoperative complications, for rating 88.9%. Patients without postoperative isn't infection period for rating 91.7% is very large. Patients almost satisfied with the care for patients at the departments for rating 55.6%. Most patients were explained the procedure before large proportion of 72.2%. Most nurses are guiding patients to reducing wound edema accounting for 88.9%. The majority of nurses guided patient care issues to be at home at discharge large proportion of 91.7%. Conclusion: Through this topic we found that the nurses a very important part, the rapid recovery of patients with slow or fast depends very much on the care of nursing.
