Abstract

Methods: cross-sectional studies, short-term monitoring on 40 patients with mechanical ventilation after open-heart surgery. The patients in the study were divided into two groups: group 1 (n = 20) using suction method conversation, not permissive use postural drainage method, flapping vibration and group 2 (n = 20) using postural drainage method, flapping vibration suction phlegm. All patients were assessed for oxygen saturation by pulse peripheral (SpO₂), duration of intervention on breathing, hemodynamically stable, human resources, execution time and complications of the procedure. Results: Method postural drainage, clapping vibration helped draw expulsion effective, improved gas exchange process very good for patients. Help shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation, use endotracheal tube and residence time in Intensive Care Unit. For patients with low heart function, heart rhythm disorders after surgery, there are many complex surgical intervention on the heart, the method of postural drainage, clapping vibration also affect the risk of hemodynamic and arrhythmias.
