Abstract
Taking care of patients with end-stage renal diseases (ESRDs) at Department of Nephrology and Rheumatology, Hue Central Hospital. Aims: 1. Study clinical manifestating of patients with ESRDs. 2. Assess the taking care of these patients. Methods: 54 ESRDs patients at Department of Nephrology and Rheumatology. Cross- sectional study, interview the patients by questionnaire. Results: Clinical manifestations of ESRDs: edema 94.4%, oliguria 100%, hypertension 100%, anemia 92.6%, anorexia 90.7%. Taking care of Patients: good medical care 84.4%; good physical care 82.4%; good mental care 62.2%; good social care 85.15%.
