Abstract

Background: Today, along with the trend of economic and social development of the country, a number of cardiovascular disease increases, especially coronary artery disease. Artery disease-related factors of coronary heart disease such as obesity, physical inactivity, increased cholesterol, smoking, and increasing longevity. The research program, combined with treatment advice for patients with coronary artery so that they understand the relevant factors, the hazard, how to detect the disease as well as self-care is essential. To contribute to the comprehensive care of patients with coronary heart disease, I implemented this topic in order to survey monitoring the status of comprehensive nursing care of coronary heart disease in the Internal Cardiology Department of Hospital Central Hue. Results: most patients in rural area. Health education, patient monitoring (blood pressure, chest pain, medication side effects), basic care, conduction of order were high percentage. Besides, 50% of patients have not been instructions that detect symptoms of coronary artery disease
