Túi thừa Meckel là một trong những bệnh lý bẩm sinh phổ biến nhất của đường tiêu hóa. Khoảng 2-3% dân số có túi thừa Meckel, tuy nhiên chỉ rất ít trong số đó bị bệnh lý túi thừa Meckel, biểu hiện bằng các triệu chứng như loét, xuất huyết, nhồi máu, tắc ruột. Xuất huyết tiêu hóa là biểu hiện thường hay gặp nhất gây ra bởi bệnh lý túi thừa Meckel ở nhóm trẻ em, với hơn 50% trẻ bị xuất huyết trong độ tuổi dưới 2 tuổi. Chúng tôi xin báo cáo hai trường hợp bao gồm trẻ nam 22 tháng tuổi và trẻ nữ 7 tuổi bị xuất huyết tiêu hóa tái phát nhiều lần được xạ hình SPECT/CT chẩn đoán túi thừa Meckel và đã được phẫu thuật.
