Đặt vấn đề: Tổn thương tân sinh kinh nội tiết (Neuroendocrine neoplasms - NENs) là một nhóm bệnh lý hiếm gặp gồm những bướu ác và lành tính. 70% các NENs ở đường tiêu hóa, đa số có diễn tiến chậm, không triệu chứng, số ít biểu hiện hội chứng carcinoid rầm rộ. Các NENs ở trực tràng tương đối hiếm gặp, chẩn đoán xác định dựa vào giải phẫu bệnh và hóa mô miễn dịch. Điều trị chủ lực gồm phẫu thuật kết hợp với điều trị toàn thân, kiểm soát triệu chứng carcinoid bằng chất đồng vận Somatostatin, Interferon, mTOR, các thuốc TKIs và hóa trị. Tại Khoa Ngoại Ngực Bụng - Bệnh viện Ung Bướu Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, chúng tôi mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng, giải phẫu bệnh và bướu đầu đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị 3 trường hợp tổn thương NENs trực tràng, tiến hành so sánh tương quan với các bằng chứng y văn hiện tại.
