Thải ghép cấp thể giàu tương bào (Plasma cell rich rejection - PCAR), trước đây còn được gọi là viêm gan giàu tương bào hoặc viêm gan tự miễn de novo. Là một dạng rối loạn chức năng sau ghép gan xảy ra ở 3% đến 5% người bệnh có bệnh lí gan mà không có tiền sử viêm gan tự miễn trước đó. PCAR có nguy cơ gây mất mảnh ghép cao nhưng dễ bị bỏ sót do đây là dạng thải ghép hiếm gặp, đặc biệt trong ghép gan ở trẻ em. Trong phạm vi bài báo này, chúng tôi báo cáo một ca bệnh PCAR sau khi ghép gan từ người cho sống bất đồng nhóm máu.
