Sarcoma nguyên bào xơ cơ viêm dạng biểu mô (epithelioid inflammatory myofibroblastic sarcoma - EIMS) là một biến thể rất hiếm gặp của u nguyên bào xơ cơ viêm, có hình thái đặc trưng trên mô bệnh học (MBH), bộc lộ ALK ở màng nhân trên hóa mô miễn dịch (HMMD) và có tái sắp xếp gen ALK. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp EIMS gặp ở trẻ nữ 8 tuổi. Bệnh nhân có u ở cạnh bàng quang, được mổ cắt trọn u. Với chẩn đoán giải phẫu bệnh là EIMS, bệnh nhân được điều trị bổ trợ bằng thuốc kháng ALK. Đây là trường hợp EIMS đầu tiên ở Việt Nam ghi nhận ở trẻ em. Do u hiếm gặp và có tiến triển nhanh, ác tính, các nhà lâm sàng và giải phẫu bệnh (GPB) rất cần thiết nắm rõ về đặc điểm lâm sàng, hình thái và sinh học phân tử của bệnh.
