Abstract
In recent years, many advanced nuclear technologies has been clinically applied for diagnostics and treatment, making significant changes in disease management and the public attitude about the role of nuclear imaging and radiation therapy. In Vietnam, there have been a number of clinical facilities making use of these achievements for heathcare. However, these complex applications require more reinforcement on current regulations to ensure efficiency of medical equipment as well as minimize potential risk to patient.
