Abstract
Objective: To present the results of surgical treatment for the malformation of buried penis with lypszic surgery.
Methods: From September 2018 to October 2019, 12 cases of buried penis underwent surgical treatment at Quang Nam Hospital for Women and Children with Lipszyc surgery: dissection of dysgenetic fascia and fixation of Dartos fascia to Buck’s fascia.
Results: Evaluate the results within 1 month after the surgery, all cases were successful. Penis length increases after surgery: the shortest is 1.5 cm, the longest is 3 cm, the average is 2.1±0.5 cm. There were no significant complications. Three cases of edema of the foreskin mucosa disappeared after 1-2 weeks
Conclusion: Using Lipszyc surgery gives good results in penis length and aesthetics in treating buried penis
