Abstract

High grade neuroepithelial tumour with BCOR alteration (HGNET - BCOR) is maligant tumour that had updated in the WHO Classification of Tumours of the Central Nervous Systerm (CNS) 2021. This is one of four new types among CNS embryonal tumours, reclassified based on molecular analysis. We report a five - year - old boy who had left cerebellar mass which diagnosed HGNET - BCOR, after a second tumour rejection due to recurrence, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The patient had finished radiotherapy course and currently has covered 2 of 8 chemotherapy cycles. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) showed no evidence of tumour after radiotherapy. Before treatment, the patient had a headache, volmiting and walking unbalance, now he is in a good condition and even could run and jump
