Abstract
Local anesthetic systemic toxicity LAST is rare but it could lead to serious complication in anesthetic clinical practice. However, recognizing these complications are seemly ignored by medical personnel in clinical practice, particularly such complications related to arrhythmias. Therefore, we would like to share a 52 - year - old patient with the indication of dacrycystorhinostomy suffered from life - threatening arrhythmias during local anesthetic and was determined and successfully managed
