Abstract
The combination regimen of Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib is currently considered one of the leading first-line treatment options for metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC), due to its superior response rates and overall survival compared to previous monotherapy regimens. However, in Vietnam, limited access due to high costs has resulted in few patients receiving this therapy. In this report, we present two cases of mRCC treated with Pembrolizumab–Lenvatinib from February 2025 to August 2025 at K Hospital. According to RECIST 1.1, both patients achieved a partial response, and the toxicity profile, assessed by CTCAE version 5.0, was manageable.
