Abstract

Purpose: To survey the willing of reproductive age gynecologiccancer patients in having more children
after treatment.
Patients and Methods: 150 gynecologic cancer patients ≤ 45 years old at Radiation Department 2,
HCM city Oncology Hospital answered the questionnaire.
Results: 92% of reproductive age gynecologic cancer patients already had birth at the time of diagnosis.
96% of the patients had married yet. 44% of patients desired reproductive conservation therapy and 27.3%
of patients wanted to have more children after treatment.
Conclusion: Most reproductive age gynecologic cancer patients had married and given birth already
at the time of diagnosis. However, many patients still wanted to have reproductive conservation therapy
so they could having more children after treatment.
