We examined the satisfaction of the first 500 patients from April 2011 to the end of September 2011 at the Center orthopedic-plastic surgery Hue Central Hospital and obtained the results follows: The rate of patient satisfaction with hospital procedures: 92.4%, The rate of patient satisfaction with doctors: 92.8%, The rate of patient satisfaction with nursing: 93.4%, The rate of patient satisfaction with aid, Sanitation worker, Security guards: 88.2%, The rate of patient satisfaction with general hospital: 93.1%
