Abstract
Objective: Evaluate result of preoprtation and postoperation care for patient with wound sur- facing Ripamycin and saline. Method: 51 patients treated by skin graft with wound surfacing Ripamycin and saline in Burn department, Hue Central Hospital from October 2011 to May 2012. Wound care: Before skin graft, debride and cover the wound by gause with Ripamicine soaking and replace two day per time. After 5-7 days skin graft, change dressing firstly and cover the wound by gause with Ripamicine soaking and replace two day per time. Result: Burn occurs the same in male and female, of all ages. In there, children is dominant. Heat burn is the hightest ratio, chemical and electrical burn are low ratio but they are almost deep burn (4 grade). Changing dress was carried out 3-5 times pre and post operation. 80.39% of wound is red and surfacial bleeding, good histioplast. In almostly cases, the wound was cared 1-2 weeks, 49.12% dry and attached skin graft ground. Conclusion: Using antibio to cover the defected skin wound is effective, rather good result, decrease wound care and treating duration.
