Abstract

Background: Levels of patients' satisfaction to the hospital are a important information channel help the hospital to correct totally to serve better Objectives: survey of inpatients' satisfaction at the General Internal Medicine- Geriatric Department and the Endocrinology- Neurology-Respiratory Department, Hue Central Hospital. Assessing the quality of patient care in nursing. Method: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with sample size about 47 inpa- tients. Tool for data collection was structure questionaire. Software SPSS 12.0 was used to data analysis Results: The percentage of patients that nurses enthusiastically and listen disease patients present, demand is 85.1%. The rate of patient trust and satisfaction as well as specialized care in the department is 100%. There are 91.49% of patients meet the care needs today. The rate of nursing is comforting spiritual encouragement to patients is 78.72%. Conclusion: Sontinuing to correct hospital totally to improve levels of patients' satisfaction is needed
