Abstract
Objectives: To evaluate clinical, bacteria characteristics and result of. Material and methods: The cross-sectional research was performed on 61 patients with urinary tract infection at the Urology Surgery Department of Hue Central Hospital from January, 2015 to May, 2015.
Results: E.coli was a common cause of urinary tracy infection (40.9%). The percentage of community and nosocomial urinary tract infection was 70.7% and 31.3% respectively. Urinary tract infection were usually related to diseases that caused obstruction of urinary tract.
Conclusion: E.coli was often met in urinary tract infection, was still a challenge to urologist due to multi antibiotic resistance.
