Abstract

Cao Thi Tham et al Reception, work instructions are important in the hospital. Warm welcome, exactly bring confi- dence to people, in contrast to welcome and guide will lead to good not repugnant to the subjects. Transporting patients safely and conveniently will provide effective, quality care and treatment of patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of using diagrams to guide and transported by special vehicles.
Methods: Survey 700 patients have health insurance, 700 patients don't have health insurance examination at Hue Central Hospital, 800 patients were transported from Emergency Department to other departments by normal trolley, 800 patients were transported from Emergency Departments to other department by special vehicles, from June 2009 to June 2012.
Results: Before and after improve, patients have health insurance it take > 3h-4h, > 4 hours during examination accounted for 61.28% and 21.43%, before and after improved, Patients don't have health insurance it take > 3h-4 h, > 4 hours during examination accounted for 49% and 19.43%. Before and after improve Guider role: 57.71% and 70, 71%. Before and after improve atti- tude-tutorial pretty good, thoughtful: 86% and 96%. Before and after improve actively guide 41.86 % and 84.57%, after improve provide newspaper to the patient: 100%. before and after improve, safe transportation for patients: 50% and 90%.
Conclusion: The improvement of instruction, examination procedures, and transportation for patients are urgently needed jobs in the current period to meet the needs of growing com- munity.
