Abstract
Background: Levels of patients' satisfaction to the hospital are a important information channel help the hospital to correct totally to serve better.
Objectives: Assessment of patient satisfaction of the patient or the patient's family was treated intern at the Hospital of Hue City in 2012. Understanding the factors related to patient satisfaction. Proposed solutions to improve health care quality and patient service.
Method: A cross-sectional descriptive study.
Results: A number of factors related to patient satisfaction in the hospital. The waiting time of patients from the hospital until the patient treated in under 30 minutes was 84.12%. Satisfaction of patients hospitalized for the procedure was 78.65%. Satisfaction of patients on daily care visits by health workers was 94.59% and the medical staff explain conditions was 93.24%. Satisfaction with the attitude of medical staff communicated with patients was 69.73%.
Conclusion: Continuing to correct hospital totally to improve levels of patients' satisfaction is needed.
