Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the results of transanalendorectal pull-through (trananal soave procedure) associated abdominal approach in treatment of Hirschsprung's disease (HD) in children.
Materials and methods: Including 66 patients of HD (48 male, 18 female) operated by transanalendorectal pull-through associated abdominal approach from 1/2014 to 6/2018. Prospective studies with follow-up.
Results: Average age 6±1.5month (0.5-72), male/female 2.7/1, 100% preoperative diagnosis with barium enema and confirmed by postoperative anatomopathology. There were 52 cases associated with abdominal incision and 14 cases associated with laparoscopy. Intra-operative aganglionicsegment recorded:high rectum-sigmoid colon 54.5%, descending-transversecolon 39.4%, total aganglioniccolon 6.1%. Average length of resected segment 16.97±5.7cm. There was no death as well as intraoperative complication. The average operative time was 176±15 minutes, the length of hospital stays was 14.5±3.5days. Follow-up at 3th month snoted15,2% enteritis managed successfully by medical treatment, 3% anastomotic stenosis managed successfully by dilatation, 6.1% rectal prolapse, 6.1% constipation.
Conclusion: Transanalone-stage endorectal pull-throughassociated with transabdominal approach in treatment of Hirschsprung's disease was safe and effective, could solve all situation occur in operative period.
