Abstract
Objective: Identification of histopathological lesions of gastritis, gastric ulcer. Research the correlation between the lesions of the stomach.
Material and Method: 1170 patients underwent endoscopic gastroscopy at the Hue Central Hospital from 2015 to 6/2017. Study description cross sectional, prospective.
Results: Ratio Male: Female: 1.6/1. The average age is disease 60.01 ± 14.37, the lowest age: 21, maximum: 96. The highest group is 50-69 years old (50.5%). The most common group is chronic ulcerative inflammation, accounting for 57.26%, Cancer accounts for 35.56%, Polyp 7.18%. In chronic ulcerative inflammation have 40% of Helicobacte Pilory infections, atrophy at 83,58%, intestinal metaplasia at 35.22%, and dysplasia at 28.36%.
Conclusion: Gastroscopy biopsy is very important. To evaluate lesions and early detection of stomach cancer for early and effective treatment.
