Abstract
From February 2017 to October 2017 at Hue Central Hospital base 2, we conducted a study on hip arthroplasty surgery. There were 21 cases followed, the average age of patients is 70 years old, the rate of female patients (13 cases) is higher than that of male patients (8 cases). Among them, there were 13 cases of femoral neck fracture, 8 cases of femoral head necrosis, 9 of Bipolar joints were used, while total joints were 12. Results following by Harris hip score: Excellent and good: 90.48%, Fair: 9,52%. Complications: We have 1 case dislocation, 1 case deep venous thrombosis, no case trochanter fracture, no case neurovascular problem, no cas infection.
