Nhiễm toan ceton ở bệnh nhân đái tháo đường không kiểm soát được nồng độ glucose là vấn đề rất nghiêm trọng với tỷ lệ bệnh và tỷ lệ tử vong cao.
Mục tiêu: Xác định nồng độ acid beta hydroxybutyric ở bệnh nhân ĐTĐ không kiểm soát được nồng độ glucose.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả, cắt ngang trên 62 bệnh nhân ĐTĐ týp 2 không kiểm soát, với nồng độ glucose máu>13,9 mmol/L.
Kết quả: Nồng độ acid beta hydroxybutyric ở bệnh nhân ĐTĐ là 1,64±1,21 mmol/L, tỷ lệ có ceton máu là 83,9%, tỷ lệ tăng ceton máu là 67,7%, tỷ lệ nhiễm toan ceton là 16,1%. Độ nhạy của xét nghiệm ceton niệu theo ceton máu là 33,3%, độ đặc hiệu là 80,7%, giá trị dự báo dương tính là 67,7%, giá trị dự báo âm tính là 85,7%.
