U lymphô nguyên phát xương cùng rất hiếm gặp. Với các triệu chứng không điển hình: đau lưng và bệnh lý rễ thần kinh. Nhưng có giá trị tiên lượng tốt hơn nhiều so với các khối u nguyên phát xương cùng. Bài báo cáo xin trình bày về một trường hợp lâm sàng : u lymphô nguyên phát xương cùng ở bệnh nhân nữ 74 tuổi với biểu hiện đau, tê 2 chân. CT và MRI cho thấy một khối u xương cùng # 5,6x9,5x7,7 cm, với mô bệnh học là u lymphoma không Hodgkin của dòng tế bào B. Bài viết nhằm mục tiêu: Bổ sung thêm tư liệu về một trường hợp lâm sàng hiếm gặp - U lympho nguyên phát không Hodgkin xương cùng.
